A Digital Bank is seeking a Fraud Operations Analyst to join them.
You will respond to fraud incidents including investigations, fraud losses and reporting of the incidences. Make recommendations for improvement in controls or processes. Keep updated on fraud policies, management developments so as to propose new measures to manage fraud risk. Be the advocate for fraud risk awareness in the business by training and guiding internal staff.
The ideal candidate would come with at least 3 years experience in fraud risk management with experience in fraud surveillance and monitoring systems. Candidates who have strong knowledge in cyber fraud will be highly considered. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite as you will need to work with key stakeholders in the business.
