One of the biggest players in the technology industry is looking for an experienced Finance Shared Service Lead.
 
You will be managing a sizable team and driving the day-to-day operations of the Finance Service Centre (e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions) – by ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to support financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance initiatives. Your role will also involve monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met and continuously improving the financial shared services function.
 
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Accounting and Finance and have at least 8 years of relevant finance experience in a Shared Service environment. You should have experience managing a large team, and able to influence and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Big4 audit background is ideal, and excellent communication skills.
