Are you a numbers-driven problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments? A fast- growing company in the renewable energy industry is looking to hire a Finance Manager.
 
In this role, you’ll manage daily financial operations—overseeing cash flow, payments, and invoicing—while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all records. You’ll also play a key role in streamlining financial systems and processes as we scale, collaborating closely with external accountants, auditors, and service partners. Beyond operations, you’ll dive into the strategic side of finance: preparing management reports, supporting forecasting and scenario planning. You will be a business partner to the sales and operations teams, driving revenue recognition, cost allocation, pricing strategies, and customer financing solutions.
 
The ideal candidate should hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and have at least 8 years of relevant finance experience. You should have experience working in a growing start-up, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
