A fast-growing, international player in the renewable energy sector is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Controlling – APAC to join its regional leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial backbone of a business that is driving energy transition across Asia-Pacific.
 
As the company continues to scale its project footprint across the region, this role will play a critical part in enhancing financial performance, enabling data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee the management reporting for the region, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with project teams to monitor costs and ensure financial discipline throughout the development and construction phases. You will also manage forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes; as well as support cash flow planning and treasury coordination across markets. A key focus will be on finance process improvements, with an eye towards automation and efficiency.
 
The qualified individual will have a degree in Accounting and Finance, with at least 10 years of relevant project control experience with Big4 background. You should be strong in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
