A market leader in the Information Technology industry is seeking a APAC Finance Director to join their fast-growing organisation.  
 
This is an exciting opportunity in building up a fast-growing finance team from scratch, whereby you will oversee finance across the APAC region, encompassing accounting, US GAAP reporting, and analysis. Collaboration with both management and finance teams is essential for tasks like budgeting and working capital management. This also involves business partnering with commercial leaders as well for organisational strategic growth. Your responsibilities extend to leading the development of internal controls, constructing financial models, and ensuring the integrity of financial transactions. You will also provide support to various business units, implement process enhancements for financial accuracy, and stay updated with evolving financial regulations while partaking in process improvement and system implementation activities.
 
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance or be CA or CPA certified. A minimum of 10 years of relevant regional controllership experience in a US MNC is ideal. You should be comfortable being hands-on, yet have strong business partnering skills for financial strategy with the potential to manage large teams down the road.
