Our Client is a leading international bank with a presence in HK, seeking a Counsel at Director level to be principally responsible for transactional support (negotiation and execution of documentation for capital markets products including OTC master agreements, repurchase and securities lending agreements and collateral agreements.) There will be other BAU transactional support for syndicated and bilateral loan documentation and other commercial agreements for Corporate Banking and other business lines in Asia.
 
You will:
  • 8- 10 years of PQE with relevant working experience in OTC Products, ISDA Documentation
  • Prior experience in  trading and derivative (loan-linked) and credit documentation and negotiation is key
  • Experience with bilateral and syndicated loan documents
  • Ability to learn different legal and regulatory requirements in APAC and product lines to resolve issues
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
