The Role:
Our client is a top international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a corporate lawyer in their corporate and asset management team. You will be working closely with a professional partner on private M&A and private equity transactions. The team also advises leading institutional clients on Hong Kong and overseas private funds formation.
Requirements:
- 4 PQE + Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
- Solid Experience in private M&As (Funds experience is plus)
- Strong Command in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
