The Company:
A leading conglomerate is seeking a high-calibre Paralegal to join their vibrant team of five. This role supports a diverse array of commercial agreements and project investments across the APAC region.
 
Responsibilities:

In your new role, you will
  • Support the group-level legal team by drafting contracts and agreements, reviewing commercial materials, conducting due diligence, and assessing business and legal correspondence;
  • Manage intra-group transactions and ensure precise document execution;
  • Take on specialized tasks, including legal research and analysis, developing training resources, and handling ad-hoc projects;
  • Maintain and enhance the team’s knowledge management system, refine legal templates, and offer guidance;
  • Engage with stakeholders and regulators to stay updated on industry regulations and legal developments.

Requirements:
  • LLB or equivalent qualification
  • Min. 3 years of paralegal experience gained in top-tier firms or private practice
  • Previous in-house experience is highly advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, and a good team player
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin) for internal & external communications and engagement
