The Role:
Our client is a global law firm with more than 30 offices throughout the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. They are now looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong. You will provide full spectrums of company secretarial matters in a highly professional manner.
- Handle company incorporation for Hong Kong and offshore companies
- Assist Hong Kong and offshore companies with compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant discipline/Company Secretarial Studies/Corporate Administration or university graduate
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
