My Client is an established Engineering MNC with a track record delivering high profile/value projects globally. Due to continuing business requirements, they are looking for a junior counsel to be part of the team to support the business operations. This will be an ideal role for practicing lawyers looking to transit inhouse. On job training to be provided.
The Role
You will:
- Have 4-5 PQE, SG qualified with law firm experience in Construction practice (front end)
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Training to be provided- commercial litigation lawyers with experience on SOPA, construction disputes can be considered
- Possess a great personality to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate and learn
