Our Client is an international industrial MNC seeking to make its first APJ Counsel here in Singapore. The ideal candidate would be someone who possesses strong negotiation experience and knowledge across different commercial scenarios. This is an exciting opportunity for career development and growth.
 
 You must:
  • Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a well-known university
  • Be called to the Singapore bar with at least 4-6  years PQE, with prior in-house experience
  • Experience preparing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (NDAs, Private label, Construction, Supply agreements, Non Competes, to product liability”
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
  • Ability to work well in team settings and to build relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
