Our Client is a seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to managed M&A due diligence and oversee all transactional and M&A activities. This is also an ideal role for lawyers seeking to move inhouse from practice.
You will:
  • Admitted to the Singapore Bar, 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience; prior experience in a reputable law firm or in-house at a multinational will be advantageous
  • Have commanding expertise in M&A, leading transactions, and general corporate law.
  • Have knowledge of investments and acquisitions in energy, renewable, downstream O&G
  • Be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently within a multinational environment
