You will:
- Admitted to the Singapore Bar, 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience; prior experience in a reputable law firm or in-house at a multinational will be advantageous
- Have commanding expertise in M&A, leading transactions, and general corporate law.
- Have knowledge of investments and acquisitions in energy, renewable, downstream O&G
- Be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently within a multinational environment
