Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the mobility commercial team
  • Develop and drive implementation of strategies to synergise with the firm’s national urban mobility policy, which includes deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure across Singapore and introduction of new-to-market technologies and/or
  • Establish and build strong pipelines with key strategic accounts for business
  • Acquire customers that are electrifying or have plans to electrify their fleet of vehicles
  • Cultivate relationships and partnership plans with key stakeholders to further anchor the organisation's position in the electric mobility industry
  • Drive and evaluate commercial opportunities including financial modelling, feasibility studies, business proposal development, negotiation and business structuring
  • Analyse market trends and data to improve business performance in the competitive landscape and gain business insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to develop the service offerings

 
Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in commercial-driven leadership roles
  • Have some experience in leading a team to identify leads, develop customer relationships and close deals
  • Good to have deal origination, EV/ mobility/ Infrastructure/ urban industry experience
  • Ability to develop and drive strategies relating to technology trends and regulatory landscape
  • Effective communication, analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and engage key stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment: highly versatile, numerate and adaptable to changes
