The Role
Our Client is a global MNC firm providing a range of technology, security and commercial related services for clients across sectors. Your main responsibilities would be to draft templates and negotiate agreements, including but not limited to IT reseller agreements, MSAs, technology, outsourcing, SaaS licensing agreements. You will be part of a reputable team, supporting the commercial team on systems integration to value add to customers.


You must:
  • Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a well-known university;
  • Admission to the Singapore Bar, min 9-12 PQE
  • Excellent skill negotiating, drafting IT services outsourcing agreements
  • Familiarity with SaaS licensing, functional understanding of data privacy, intellectual property
  • Strong commercial drafting skills; working well in fast paced environments
