The Role:

Our client, a reputable international law firm, is seeking a legal secretary to support the team. In this role, you will:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to fee earners, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and format legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, organizing and retrieving documents as needed
  • Handle time entry, month-end billings, expenses claim, etc.
 
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a legal secretary with international law firms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
