The Company:

This is a newly created position for mid-level Structured Finance Paralegals or Compliance specialists who are keen to join a  high-performing Global Transaction Team. You will be based in Hong Kong but can work remotely most of the time.
 
In your new role, you will
  • Oversee end-to-end transaction execution, managing operational workflows, documentation, and client enquiries with precision and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with legal, tax, risk, and operations teams to deliver practical solutions and ensure smooth, seamless deal progression
  • Support the deal team in rigorous risk evaluation, building a deep understanding of key exposures and effective mitigation strategies beyond standard compliance requirements
  • Proactively drive process improvements, enhancing efficiency and establishing best practices as the investment platform continues to grow

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5–12 years of relevant experience from structured finance or investment banking
  • Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels
  • Full professional fluency in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
