Join a team that values your technical expertise and offers a dynamic career in the world of banking. We are looking for an IT Operations Manager, who’s core mission is to deliver exceptional financial services.
 

Responsibilities:
 
  • Execute day-to-day processes and activities in IT Operations & Infrastructure in line with established policies, procedures, and processes to guarantee the reliability, availability, and security of systems, services, and infrastructure.
  • Administer the Bank's infrastructure, including core banking applications, end-user IT assets, data backup and storage operations, payment systems and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex incidents and problems and oversee application operations such as upgrades, migrations, and patches.
  • Manage production incidents and establish controls within the ITSM framework.
  • Work with relevant departments to develop and execute the Bank's disaster recovery strategy and planning, including drills.
  • Handle IT audits and assessments when required.
 

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management, end-user support, and IT operational support, with a preference for banking and finance experience.
  • Strong understanding and practice of IT service management, with experience in ITIL being advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Experience in managing incident and problem management, including third-party services and data centre solutions.
  • Additional expertise in third-party vendor management is a plus.
