The Role
My Client is a global Financial Services firm and we are looking for a FCC Manager in SG. Reporting up to the Head of Compliance, you will be leading a lean team in Singapore and will be responsible for all Financial Crime and AML related matters.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all FCC Compliance policies and framework within the business
  • Implement and enhance the AML / CFT / Sanctions and Anti Bribery related
  • Monitor any high risk transactions and perform Risk assessments for the business
  • Assess the impact of the Risk profile, and mitigate any gaps within the business
  • Monitor any changes in regulatory developments and ensure the FCC policies are in line with laws and regulations
  • Carry out investigation work should there be any alerts, red flags etc
 
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a FCC Compliance role.
  • Experience in a regulated financial services firm
  • Strong working knowledge of best practices in Financial Crime
  • Ability to lead a lean team
  • Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
