Our Client is a flourishing private equity firm with global remits, seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee the firm’s compliance processes and keep abreast of prevailing regulations and regulatory updates, providing compliance advisory and overseeing KYC and onboarding processes.
You will:
- Have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant working experience in the financial services space; experience working in or with a PE firm, asset manager, hedge fund or other CMS license holders.
- Have working knowledge of SFA and FAA acts, MAS notices and AML/CFT regulations
- Be very comfortable liaising with senior to C-level internal stakeholders
- Be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently within a nurturing environment
