Candidates must have relevant experience in sellside or buyside; M&A IB, PE, corporate development or corporate finance within Southeast Asia markets

Responsibilities would include:

Be a key player in the firm’s business strategy, origination and execution
Work closely with the MD across APAC region for origination, structuring & execution of strategic advisory transactions across various products including M&As, fundraising, corporate advisory, strategic transactions, partnerships, JVs, capital solutions, buyside work, venture investments, principal investments and structured products
Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders
Create financial models and detailed valuation / financial analysis for pitches / projects
Coordinate and oversee the due diligence process for clients and ensure that project timelines are adhered to
Develop strategic recommendations and investment ideas for clients
Lead client negotiations, Q&A process and management interviews

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Years of relevant experience: 4-8 across IB/ Private Equity/ Corporate Development/ Corporate Finance
Understanding Southeast Asian markets and general industries is highly preferred
Strong technical and financial analysis skills
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders
Highly motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced lean environment and collaboratively in a team setting
