Our client is a reputable MNC, an industry leader looking to recruit a Cloud Management Lead to design and develop enterprise-grade solutions leveraging the latest technologies.
 

Responsibilities:
 
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering essential services to application teams, including assessment and consulting services. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that infrastructure and cloud systems align with the original architecture and design. Collaborating closely with System Integrators and vendors, you will play a key role in architecting end-to-end hybrid cloud solutions.
 
Your day-to-day tasks will encompass system administration, involving configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and the implementation of automation solutions. You will serve as an expert, providing valuable design, consultation, and advice on various cloud-related matters. Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies, you will continually explore innovative solutions to enhance business support.
 
The role extends to offering platform operation support for Azure, Alibaba, AWS, and related components. This will entail handling service and change requests, resolving incidents, and addressing cloud-related issues. You will also be instrumental in driving performance improvements and streamlining operational processes.
 
In addition, you will lead efforts related to monitoring and capacity planning, ensuring the overall performance, reliability, availability, latency, and security of systems. Adhering to security guidelines, you will manage cloud environments and oversee cloud backup and disaster recovery protocols. Your responsibilities will also extend to cloud-related procurement and contract management.
 
To enhance operational efficiency, you will introduce Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automate workflows. You will actively contribute to cloud-related budgeting and work planning and manage relationships with cloud-related vendors and contracts. Maintaining up-to-date documentation for cloud design and operations will be crucial in this role.
 

Requirements:

 
To be successful in this role, you should possess tertiary education in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in team leadership and cloud design and maintenance support. Proficiency in cloud networking, encompassing a wide range of technologies and services, is a must.
 
Your technical expertise should extend to network technologies, including WAN, LAN, network security, and wireless, as well as an in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and data center network architecture and services. You should have a strong understanding of microservice architecture and DevOps practices and be familiar with container technologies like Docker.
 
Experience with disaster recovery solutions, business continuity, and data replication software is essential. Proficiency in tools such as Terraform, Gitlab, and Jenkins, along with scripting skills for automation, is required. You should also be capable of integrating IaC into CI/CD pipeline builds to support DevOps operations.
 
Your technical knowledge should encompass Windows and Linux operating systems, Infrastructure as Code, application design, software development, and testing. Practical experience in implementing cloud technologies and a sound understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models are expected.
 
Demonstrated abilities in developing practical and effective automation solutions for delivering business value are essential. Project management and vendor management experience will be advantageous. Strong teamwork skills, the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, and excellent presentation and communication skills are also required.
 
Certification in Azure, AWS, or Alibaba Cloud will further strengthen your qualifications for this role.
