As an Account Manager, you are required to identify opportunities and drive growth in large enterprise accounts across the ASEAN region, excluding Singapore.
 
Our client is a leading Cyber Security MNC seeking candidates with significant experience in selling into ASEAN markets (excluding Singapore) and expertise in either cyber security or enterprise application solutions.
 
Ideal candidates should also have established C-level relationships with enterprise customers in their respective territories.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key partners and third parties.
  • Utilize existing strategic connections with large enterprises to engage with CXO-level executives.
  • Foster new business within current accounts by creating a long-term pipeline to enhance wallet share.
  • Clearly communicate and present the value proposition.
  • Work with channel partners to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently follow up on sales opportunities to move them towards closing.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing in accordance with company policies and obtain necessary management approvals.
  • Oversee all aspects of account management from lead initiation through to closure.
  • Collaborate with SEs and Professional Services Engineers to review account progress, speed up implementations, and handle up-sell/cross-sell activities.
  • Arrange and supervise product evaluations, whether remote or onsite, led by SEs.
 
Job Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of sales experience in the IT industry
  • Strong experience in selling into other ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and more
  • Well-versed in servicing Enterprise clients throughout the ASEAN region.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise application software solutions
  • Cyber Security experience is a plus
  • C-level relationship
  • Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computing and/or business management.
