Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Digital  Business Analyst to work on a range of banking programs.  The contract opportunities are initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to work across the onboarding of new banking products and existing customer offerings. You will have the experience to address business focused activities against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 

The Project

You will work on a range of digital led projects that might start as a discovery phase to define the scope, then will follow for a phased approach to will deliver enhancements, change and uplifts to the existing customer and backoffice portals. You'll be running as a mature Agile feature team with the PM, developers and testers.
 
Key skill set/experience:
  • Digital BA experience is essential ideally within financial services or a customer orientated domain
  • Agile experience, ideally in a SAFE environment
  • Strong all-rounder Digital Business Analyst
  • A strong communicator with strong stakeholder management
  • Strong process mapping/re-engineering experience
  • Self-starter and delivery focused
  • Banking experience or experience working with a major customer facing entity.
