My Client is an established global energy MNC with a diverse product offering across specialty chemicals space. They are seeking to hire a junior to mid level commercial legal counsel to support an expanding business. This will be an ideal role for practicing lawyers looking to transit inhouse. On job training to be provided.
The Role
You will:
- Have at least 5 PQE, SG qualified with good law firm training experience
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (ranging from tax, competition, insurance, shipping and liability)
- Training to be provided- open to corporate or litigation lawyers
- Possess a great personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate and learn
