Responsibilities would include:
  • Coordinate origination initiatives by working closely with colleagues on pitchbook materials for M&A, fund raising, and valuation advisory mandates
  • Lead origination and execution for Corporate Finance (M&A) projects / mandates
  • Day-to-day project management and process control with regular interface with client representatives
  • Run complex valuation and financial analysis, including development and maintenance of financial models, trading and transaction comparable analysis
  • Draft presentation and marketing materials, such as teaser, information memorandum, management presentation
  • Draft process documentation for process materials, such as process letter, bid letter and other transaction document
  • Mentoring and coaching juniors

Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Around 6-10 years experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment banking or related financial services
  • Knowledge in fundamental and market-oriented valuation methods
  • Possess strong analytical skills, methodical and meticulous with competencies to perform financial modeling and financial analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and word processing applications
  • Self-motivated and confident team player with a high degree of initiative
  • Able to speak at least conversational Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients
