Our client, one of the longest-established family offices in Asia, is seeking an experienced Trust and Wealth Planning Lawyer to join them supporting the principals. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex trust, estate, and succession planning matters, alongside family governance issues. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing bespoke wealth planning solutions across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external advisors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in mitigating family legal risks, navigating regulatory frameworks, and managing sophisticated governance structures that align with long-term legacy goals.
Requirements:
- Min 10 to 15 years of PQE (SG or Common Law) in international law firms, wealth planning teams, or family offices.
- Demonstrated experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families.
- A commercially-minded lawyer who’s confident handling complex negotiations and high-value transactions.
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager, able to build trust across all levels of the business.
