A market leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to join their fast-growing and dynamic business. Note that this role entails travelling around 50% of the time, and relocation after the second year.
 
The Senior Treasury Manager will oversee the preparation and presentation of the company’s annual budget and forecasts, working closely with senior leadership and business units. This role involves analyzing financial performance, providing insights, and recommending actions to improve results. The individual will also manage financial reporting, variance analysis, and long-term financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
 
In treasury, the role includes managing daily cash operations, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization. The Senior Treasury Manager will maintain banking relationships, monitor foreign exchange and interest rate risks, and support financing needs such as debt structuring and capital planning. Compliance with treasury policies and regulations is also key.
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Accounting and Finance and be CA/CPA certified. You should have at least 8-10 years of relevant regional treasury background in MNC set up, with experience in risk management and corporate financing. You are strong in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
