This position sits within the Hong Kong team servicing APAC end-users with a minor focus on Singapore, Beijing and Shanghai offices.
 
This role will be providing all aspects of IT support to the region (100+ end users) whilst working closely with the UK HQ to maintain global IT infrastructure alignment.
 
Job Description:
  • Provide application and hardware support
  • Responsible for management on systems, application servers and user support to ensure availability of all business services
  • Involved in the project management on software and hardware infrastructure
  • Report major issues to the UK HQ and work closely with your counterparts to resolve issues
  • Provide IT training on systems and procedures to new personnel
  • To ensure appropriate use of IT systems, provide guidance to personnel on best practice
  • Liaise with external supplies in relation to network connections, maintenance and support services

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in system and infrastructure support
  • Good command of English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working experience supporting Windows 10 Professional, Windows Server 08/12/16/19, VMWare, Microsoft Office, Audio and Video Conference, Remote Access.
  • Good exposure to PC and Server Hardware
  • Experience working in both an administrative and end user support role
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts – LAN switching and WAN routing
