A global player in the Life-Sciences industry is seeking a Regional Finance Business Partner to join their fast-growing organisation .
 
In this role, you’ll handle full P&L accountability, drive budgeting and forecasting, and oversee pricing analysis and monthly financial reporting. You’ll collaborate with the commercial team to develop long-term financial strategies and manage short-term plans, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Your responsibilities will also include setting up business investment frameworks, providing financial modelling for business cases and strategic projects. Additionally, you’ll oversee compliance initiatives, ad-hoc accounting, and some audit; followed by ensuring effective working capital management.
 
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Accounting and Finance and have at least 6 years of relevant FPNA experience within the life-sciences or FMCG industry. You are comfortable being hands-on, yet successful in driving the strategy of the business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
