The Role:
 
My Client is a Global Shipping and Marine Firm and we are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team in Singapore. They are a leading brand in the Shipping and Marine space, and this is a regional / global role with visibility to the CEO in Singapore.   


Responsibilities:

  • Establish global / regional Compliance program for the Group level
  • Perform Compliance monitoring, reviews, and any investigation work to ensure best practices
  • Oversight of all KYC / AML / CDD work and processes.
  • Provide recommendations and ensure Compliance gaps are mitigated
  • Liase with global stakeholders on all Compliance related issues
  • Provide Compliance advisory to senior stakeholders across the board.
 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 10 years of Compliance experience
  • Experience in a Shipping / Bunkering firm – Candidates from Oil and Gas and EPC are also welcome.
  • Regional / Global exposure in Compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of KYC / Ethics / AML etc  
  • Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
