Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a National Manager for Product, Strategy and Distribution. 

Through developing and driving a national strategy for product and industry growth, you will effectively elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business development including processes, policies, information and customer facing systems.

With a strategic and delivery focus you’ll:
  • Develop appropriate and desirable products to drive growth through our Relationship Managers and Broker channels
  • Identify the innovation of new industries to ensure the right lending products and credit policy appetite is there to meet customer needs and demands
  • Design end-to-end customer experience journeys in the assisted sales channels,  while building a new team for success.
You will be surrounded by a fantastic team of people to support policy, data analytics and remediation, you’ll also enjoy the "can do" culture while developing an exciting road map in a high visibility portfolio.
