Our client is an international law firm who is looking for a Legal Secretary who can provide high level support to Partners and fee-earners. This headcount will be expected to provide general secretarial and administration services as part of the secretarial team, including diary management, conflict check submissions, billings etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience in the legal industry.
- Prior experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
