The Role: 
Our Client is a non for profit, self funded organisation looking to grow the legal team. The ideal candidate would be someone who possesses some intellectual property and data protection experience. This is an exciting opportunity for career development and growth to join a company with a mission and a meaningful vision. This is also an excellent role for litigators.
 
You must:
  • Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a well-known university
  • Be called to the Singapore Bar, 2-3 years PQE
  • Experience preparing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (NDAs, Supply agreements, and Data Protection
  • Experience in litigation management
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
  • Ability to work well in team settings and to build relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
