The Role:

Our client is a Tier 1 Energy MNC. The team focuses on a range of Corporate & M&A deals in the APAC region. They are looking to hire a mid-level corporate lawyer to be part of the team based in Singapore. You will provide legal advice on all aspects of Singapore laws and Company rules. As part of a team, lead legal assistance on BD (JV, divestments, M&A). compliance projects and legal advisory work.
 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of PQE, SG Bar admission (LLB from Singapore or reputable overseas university)
  • Have expertise in mergers and acquisitions, leading transactions and general corporate law
  • Meticulous with the ability to work under tight timelines within a multinational environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
