The Role:
Our client is a UK law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a Learning & Development Officer in their Human Resources team. You will be supporting the HR manager on a range of L&D activities in a highly professional manner including:
- Overseeing CPD/RME compliance and accreditation activities and liaising with regional L&D team
- Maintaining an internal training system and coordinating in-house training in the Greater China region
- Coordinating performance review sessions and trainings for fee earners
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of L&D experience, ideally from the Legal sector
- Bachelor’s degree holder in HR or related disciplines
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
