Our client, a global payments unicorn, is looking for a Head of Sales & Partnerships for its Asia operations. This is a newly created role as part of the global expansion.
As the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you will have full ownership and responsibility for managing sales activities and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, ensuring the successful delivery of its financial, operational, and strategic goals, including the acquisition of new business and daily management of the Asia sales team.

You must be able to articulate a clear vision and set the overall strategy and goals for the business. You will identify new opportunities in industry verticals (Consumer, Corporate, E-Commerce, & Enterprise) and drive expansion into them. You will support your direct reports by participating and leading in some sales meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.

Ideal candidates must have at least 5+ years of proven sales leadership exposure, territory management (Singapore & Hong Kong are key markets), proven ability to build and develop high-performance teams, and an excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace.
