Our Client is an international fund management firm with a strong presence in Europe and Asia. Lead all regional compliance activities and ensure all AML/KYC obligations fulfilled, catalysing the company’s activities in Asia.
You will have:
- At least 8 years of regulatory compliance experience in an Asset Management environment
- Experience with AML/KYC processes and strong knowledge of MAS rules and regulations
- Good knowledge of MAS requirements applicable to CMS (fund management) license holder
