A banking client is seeking a Head of Banking Operations to join the team.
As a Head of Banking Operations, you will look after a few senior directors within the team to oversee wholesale banking operations. You will drive efficiency in work processes, systems within the operations team and lead in recommendations for improvements or transformation projects.
The ideal candidate should have at least 15-20 years relevant banking operations experience across loan operations, cash management operations and trade finance operations. Strong leadership skills, communication skills a pre-requisite for the role.
