The Role:

Our client is a global organization operating in the managed services space. They are recruiting a Group Legal Director to focus on M&A. You will manage a team and assist the management as the firm grows via acquisitions.

This role serves as the key legal and compliance advisor to senior leadership, shaping the Group’s legal framework and guiding business decisions across multiple jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific region. You will provide counsel on BAU commercial service agreements, M&A, joint ventures, and investment activities, while ensuring that the Group’s internal policies and risk management practices meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law with admission to practice in a common law jurisdiction preferred.
  • 5-7 years of legal experience.
  • Proven track record in M&A, joint ventures, or cross-border corporate transactions across APAC.
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and ability to operate independently with sound business judgement.
