My Client is a global fund manager and we are looking for a Governance and Compliance Analyst for the Singapore office. This is a new headcount in the business with growth potential to take on a regional portfolio within the business. You will be working closely with the Directors on all Compliance and Governance work for the firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Compliance and Governance framework for the business in Singapore
  • Provide Compliance and Business Advisory to global stakeholders
  • Create and spearhead new internal Governance and Compliance processes for the firm
  • Assist in MAS reporting matters and to liaise with various counterparts on policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and remediate any Risk and gaps within the business.
 
Requirements:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • At least 3 years in a Compliance or governance function.
  • Ability to work independently in a lean team
  • Prior exposure to the Infra or Asset Management space would be a plus.
  • CMS licensing application experience preferred
