You will be the key driver for any trade finance related activities of the business pertaining to Banker’s Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Performance/Bid Bonds. This involves oversight of documentation and monitoring transaction flow, as well as renewal/extension of these trade finance instruments. You will be the main point of contact with bankers on the charges for each transaction, including close verification of the details billed over. Next, you will ensure all charges like LOC and BG’s commissions are properly recorded in the ERP system and work closely with the treasury department on the preparation of monthly reports for trade finance transactions. Tasks also involve reconciling reports against bank statements, offering technical advice to internal and external stakeholders, as well as process improvement initiatives related to Trade Financing processes.
 
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Accounting and Finance, with at least 5 years of trade finance experience from financial services background. Experience with SAP ERP is preferred, together with strong stakeholder management experience and communication skills.
