Play a key role in the roll-out and execution of this leading insurers digital strategy by joining a dynamic and collaborative digital product team.  Reporting into an awesome manager, you will be responsible for broad stakeholder engagement to manage product backlogs for multiple streams of the digital transformation:

To be a success in this role, you will have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience working on customer-focused digital initiatives in a Product Analyst or Product Owner capacity.
  • Experience in insurance, or at the very least, financial services, strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Agile delivery, with a preference for Agile Product Owner certification.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement with diverse audiences and ability to find consensus and manage expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs in a practical and efficient manager.
  • Ability and willingness to work with peers towards common strategic and delivery goals.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering against digital product road maps.
This is a permanent role and the program of work is budgeted to run for at least 3 years, giving you plenty of opportunity to earn more responsibility and promotions throughout the time of the program.  The base salary is up to $120k, plus 10.5% superannuation.
