The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a corporate services assistant in their administration team. You will be advising private company clients of the firm in a highly professional manner including:
- Dealing with daily correspondence and a portfolio of clients up to the standard of quality and service delivery
- Handling all company related matters including formation, registers, share transfer, and minute books
- Liaising with the compliance team, lawyers, and government departments in relation to completion of all due diligence requirements
Requirements:
- HKCGI student or graduate member
- 1 – 2 year(s) of company secretary or corporate administration experience
- Proficient in English and Chinese
