An offshore and shipbuilding player is looking to hire a new Corporate Secretary. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will assist with regulatory filings and reporting to ACRA and other relevant documentations, drafting of SGX announcements and the planning and documentation for board meetings.


Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are SAICSA (or equivalent) qualified or currently pursuing SAICSA
  • Experience with listed companies is a must
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Process-oriented and meticulous
  • Able to tackle challenges and meet tight deadlines
  • Team player and ability to work independently and advise on routine corporate secretarial matters
