The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a dedicated Paralegal in their Corporate team in Hong Kong. You will work closely with partners and associates in assisting in conducting due diligence, preparing verification notes, drafting and reviewing the A1 submission document.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of corporate paralegal experience from the legal sector preferred
- Strong common in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
