A leading Digital Bank is seeking a Collections Lead to join the team.
 
As part of the business’ expansion plans, this is a newly added headcount who will join the Singapore Collections Team. Reporting into the Head of Credit risk, you will lead a team of Collection Officers in BAU recovery, collections work. As a Lead, you will also drive new initiatives and strategy-related work to improve collections processes and efficiency.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 8-10 years relevant experience within Collections/Recovery/Credit covering SME business loans. Team management experience a plus, the role will require a candidate who is proactive, adaptable with strong stakeholder management skills.
