The IT company specialises in the built environment sector where they provide smart cities solutions for buildings, townships, infrastructure, healthcare, transportation and logistics. The company is a subsidiary of a GLC.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Business development for new accounts and growing existing accounts
  • Conduct solutions and consultative selling
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle, bid management and submission process.
  • Work with cross functional teams such as  solution architects, delivery, vendors and other business units to develop business value propositions, technical solutions and pricing to submit winning proposals.
  • Create white-boarding concepts and conducting problem discoveries sessions with customers
  • Develop marketing materials for BD activities


Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of IT sales experience especially within a SI environment
  • Experience selling into government sector which includes transportation, hospital, and education sectors
  • Experience managing more than $5mil worth of revenue within a financial year
  • Understands IoT technology, cloud applications and infrastructure, enterprise platforms and software products
  • Experience in Singapore government tender/procurement processes
  • Smart cities experience is a plus
