Position Summary / Project Description:

Performance Monitoring and Reporting (PMR), is part of Central Planning team, responsible for establishing common source of truth for the business pipelines such as demand and supply, project progress & health status, and budget utilisation. We provide visibility on the business units’ performance through regular management reporting, including demand conversion, program & project health from budget planning, to on-time on-budget delivery KPIs.

The PMR team will streamline governance and process for tracking & management of KPIs, and ensure systemic sources of truth (SSOT) are in alignment to corporate and stakeholder requirements. This scope require leads to identify key sensors for management reporting, and to work closely with the business heads and key stakeholders to put in place processes to support sustainable operations and partnership engagements.

We are looking for experienced personnel to plan, manage, drive and deliver PMR initiatives in support of the Central Planning. The candidate will work with staff in other divisions (eg project managers, production support, security specialists, program & project governance teams), to define and scope each initiative, execute and rollout processes to uplift competencies and support BAU operations with continuous improvement.


Role and Responsibilities
  • Supports the Compliance Management Director and act as contact point for external stakeholder engagement in the areas of compliance and audit management.
  • Engagement, communication and promotion of the established audit management framework, model and processes to key stakeholders and the broader community.
  • Provide oversight to the team  during Audit Lifecycle and Management response review
  • Participate in BSG wide project to implement the Enteprise tool which compliance and audit functions are in-scope.
  • Manage multiple audit & security tracking and management of audit KPIs/reporting workstreams and is responsible from initiation to completion
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Audit team
  • Responsible for the staffing and development of team members within the Audit Management team.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time


Requirements / Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT industry with strong programme and project management background. 
  • Practitioner who is familiar with IT business operations and management reporting requirements.
  • Ability to work under a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Well-developed communication, negotiation and professional writing & presentation skills. 
  • Possess leadership skills in people management, and ability to cultivate relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, although consideration will be given to experience and certifications in lieu of degree. 
  • Experience as leadership role in business operations within IT company is highly desirable.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
