Join a international insurance group as Asia Underwriting Data Insights Director. In this role ,you will be empowered the responsibilities to strategise and lead key underwriting projects in transforming and advancing underwriting through the usage of data. 

This is a highly rewarding and unique role if you enjoy driving change management, problem solving and seeing strategy translated into actionable plans and outcomes. You will be deeply involved in collaborating with internal colleagues across operations, actuarial and risk,distribution, advanced analytics, technology.

Key Requirements
  • Proven expertise in life and health insurance industry, at least 10-15 years relevant experience in underwriting and operations. 
  • Experience in working on change management projects and/or transformation type inititatives 
  • Strategic thinking skills, effective communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Experience managing data and analysing complex data sets.
