Join a well-established reinsurance group as Senior Claims Technical Specialist (Life and Health, APAC). This position can be based in the Singapore or Hong Kong office.
Key Reponsibilities:
The individual contributor will be part of an experienced APAC claims team and help develop targeted claims strategy for assigned markets , and support product and underwriting reams
Provide accurate and timely assessment of claims from clients, resolve and claims disputes and enquiries.
Maintain client centric discussions and engagement, from regular meetings, workshop and training
Projects involved- support delivery of disability claims scores and claims rules engines or new solutuions
Key Requirements:
Targeting relevant 10-15 years of life insurance experience in claims management, in particular CI across Asian markets
The selected individual will bring capabilites in handling CI and living benefit claims portfolio in Asia, be well versed with market claims practices, and can assist in developing a prudent risk-based claims’ philosophy to ensure business growth and profitability.
